TOURS INCLUDE: Hotel/Motel Accommodation(twin share) and Camping as per itinerary,all breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, Evening meals as stated on itineraries. Entry fees as stated on itineraries. For detailed itineraries please contact us at cruisin2@tpg.com.au

NOT INCLUDED: Lunches unless stated on itineraries, mobile phone calls, personal items, optional tours and airfares.

TOUR CONDITIONS: Just Cruisin 4WD Tours reserve the right to alter or modify itineraries if prevailing weather,road conditions or adverse conditions require such change. Tour costs do not include additional accommodation, meals and incidental expenses incurred from flooding, natural delays, unavailable connections or other unforseen circumstances. It is suggested travel insurance is purchased to cover additional accommodation, meals and incidental expenses resulting from flooding, natural delays unavailable connections or other unforeseen expenses prior to departure


BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is required 21 days prior to departure. For bookings made less than 21 days to departure date, full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS: Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa are
available,Bank Cheque (AU$), Travellers Cheque AU$, Cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES: More than 14 days prior to departure will incur $100.00 Admin. Fee. Between 14 days and 48 hours cancellation incurs a 20% fee of full payment. Between 48 hours and 24 hours 50% fee of full payment. Less than 24 hours or fail to board - no refund.

In the event that a booking, or part thereof is cancelled, cancellation fees apply to the booking value as follows:

Cancellation more than 30 days before departure - $75 per person

Cancellation between 7 & 30 days before departure - 55% of total cost of ferry fare

Cancellation less than 7 days before departure -  85% of total cost of ferry fare

Cancellation within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost of ferry fare

No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced.

 
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Passengers are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances, eg:cancellation,delay,alterations,loss of baggage, illness,injury and death. Please visit our links page to contact a broker http://www.travelinsurancecover.com.au/,

DON'T FORGET:
Your camera, good walking shoes and hats, sunscreen and insect repellent. Light clothing for day wear and warm clothing for evening wear as nights can be cold. Please limit luggage to a small bag (15 kilograms).Most of all don't forget your sense of adventure.

FARES:
Fares are quoted in Australian currency and supersede all prices previously advertised. All fares include GST. All fares are per person based on twin share.

SMOKING:
Government regulations prohibit smoking in all tourist vehicles within Australia, therefore smoking is restricted to the ample stops enroute.

PASSENGER SAFETY:
Our experienced driver/guide has a senior first aid certificate and our vehicle is equipped with recovery gear and satellite phone. Due to the nature and remoteness of outback travel it is suggested anyone with health problems should seek advice from their doctor if necessary. 

LIABILITY:
Just Cruisin accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal effects or luggage, nor the death or injury to any person, nor any expense incurred however caused.
